1. How do I know if this is right for me?
If you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood, this is for you. You don’t have to have it that bad to deserve support—you just have to want something better.
2. What if I can’t make it live?
No worries! All sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch on your own time. You’ll still get access to the worksheets, resources, and community.
3. I don’t have a lot of free time. Will this feel like another thing on my plate?
This reset isn’t about adding more to your to-do list—it’s about taking things off of it. The tools and mindset shifts you’ll get will actually help you create more time and energy for yourself.
4. What happens after the 4 weeks?
