Back in the Sack: SEX AND INTIMACY
We will identify and work through the mental, emotional, and physical sides of intimacy (including but not limited to sex) after having a baby.

Back to Work After Maternity Leave
For all the things that come with the transition back to work- childcare, logistics, schedules, identity, emotions, relationship.
WHO: Women returning to work

New to the Mom Crew:
A place for brand-new moms to connect with others in the early season, have a place to check-in, and discuss the changes of bringing home a baby.
WHO: Women 0-3 months after birth
WHAT: Connect with other brand new moms

Transition to Stay at Home Mom:
A place for women who are making the switch (or continuing) staying at home full-time. We will discuss all the areas of life that are impacted when making the switch.

WHAT: Transitions of being home as a full-time mom
WHEN: Tuesdays at 1pm EST

Healthy Body Image After Baby: A place for women who want to focus on healing their body image after having a baby in order to have a healthier relationship with their body. No focus on bouncing back, focus on intentional wellness
WHO: Women who want to heal their body image and not just “Bounce Back”
WHAT: Learn body changes, healthy mentality, helpful movement
